Inclusive Leadership Coaching

At Inclusive by Design we believe that coaching is a crucial part of behaviour change.

If people are going to become more accepting of difference, are going to consider their impact on others, and are going to commit to changing biases and habits that they’ve held for years (and in many cases, have served them well), then being able to openly and safely discuss these is crucial.

We offer both one to one and group coaching.

Individual coaching for those in management or leadership positions helps the individual to explore their deeply held beliefs and actions.  It’s only through opening these up that we can examine the impact and alternatives, creating plans and actions for personal change and growth.

Group coaching for management and leadership teams is a practical and interactive way of hearing about the current and relevant challenges being faced by members of the group.  Small group coaching sessions help groups of managers and leaders build a strong and trusted network, build coaching skills they can use elsewhere, and most importantly provide a confidential forum to unpack and create ideas for tackling problems in new ways.
