With over 25 years’ experience, we have worked internationally across a range of industries and sectors in the areas of Human Resources, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Facilitation, Coaching, and Diversity and Inclusion.

Inclusive by Design is owned and operated by Clare Harris.

I have worked across the spectrum from new employees to Executive Committees on projects including change programmes, building inclusive cultures, international leadership development, executive and team coaching, and facilitating meetings and events.

I am educated to Masters level and hold a range of professional qualifications including ICF Coaching Accreditation, Organisational Development Practitioner, MBTI Practitioner, Master Facilitator, as well as holding level 7 CIPD.

I always take an organisational development approach starting with a thorough diagnosis.  Time spent doing this always pays off in terms of relevance and impact.

I work with your people, processes and data in order to build a thorough understanding and be able to measure results.

Seeking the truth

Hearing the truth isn’t always comfortable.  I will seek and share truths with you as this will help you and your business become the best it can be.  This is why the initial diagnostic stage is crucial to unearth people’s experiences and use these as a springboard for solutions.

Being future focused

Change happens in the future and that is where energy and focus is placed.  It is important to acknowledge and understand the past, without casting judgement.  We take forward only the best of that.

Evidence and experience based

Effective equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) work has to be underpinned by evidence, both research and experience, in order to influence change.  Through learning from experiences and applying the growing body of research, bespoke solutions can be developed.

Sustainable

EDI work needs to be sustained and built upon to remain relevant and relatable.  This is more than a tickbox exercise, change needs to be owned and embedded.  We partner with stakeholders in the organisation to enable you to own, build and deliver EDI as part of your strategy.
