At Inclusive by Design, we have worked with clients in industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, IT, advertising and PR, financial services, FMCG’s and the not for profit sector.
Our specialism is in helping organisations build inclusive cultures, and we believe that the more industries we work with, the more we learn and the greater our impact is.
Our approach to consultancy is based on our background in HR, Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Coaching.
Diagnostics
We always start with a diagnostic approach to ensure we are learning about people’s experiences, as well as their opinions and aspirations. We believe there is great strength in learning through stories and, with their permission, they are a powerful way to engage and build relatability in future steps.
Findings
After the diagnostic phase, we move to sharing what we have learnt back to you the client. We produce a detailed findings report with recommendations. The report will include both the bright spots and tensions that we learn about through the diagnostic phase. This is accompanied by recommendations, built out of the findings, and means that you get a very tailored and bespoke set of suggestions mapped to the tensions in your business.
Discussions
We then move into conversation with the leadership team to gain agreement and commitment to what actions will be implemented. It’s important that the leadership team are both aware and committed to the findings and actions as it is most likely that they will be involved in delivering these.
Actions and Evaluation
The next stage is entirely dependent on what the findings and recommendations suggest. With previous clients this has been a combination of coaching members of the leadership team, running workshops for small or large groups, implementing projects around data collection and interpretation, focusing on talent through employee branding and recruitment practices to name just a few.
